No mixer? No problem ! It is fast and easy to make cookie dough by hand. You will need the biggest bowl you have to prevent a mess . Chef Chris' No Mixer Wonderful Sugar Cookie Dough 6c Flour, Unbleached 2c Granulated sugar 1 lb unsalted butter, room temperature ( 4 sticks) 1T vanilla extract or almond extract 4 eggs Put flour and sugar into a big bowl and cut in the butter . When butter is all broken up into the flour add eggs and vanilla. Work with your hands mixing and squeezing until fully incorporated. Divide into 2 parts and roll each between two sheets of poly film or saran wrap. Roll to desired thickness. Uncover top sheet and cut using the bottom sheet to release the cut out. Move to a parchment lined baking sheet bake at 350.. Cool on a rack . Frost and enjoy ! If you need help with anything please ask in the comments below . Hello, my name Christine Strzepek and I own Cookies By The Dozen in Charlotte, NC. Today I am showing how to make Cream Scones. Formula: 3c Flour,Unbleached 2 T baking powder 1/3c Granulated sugar 1 1/2 sticks(10oz) of butter, unsalted 11/4c Heavy Cream (more if it is very dry) 1/3c dried cranberries 1.Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl 2. cut in butter until it is in medium chunks 3. add mix ins (cranberries,white chocolate, dark chocolate etc) 4. mix in heavy cream until it forms a moist ball 5. Form 2 balls, cut each into 6 pieces 6. Bake on parchment lined pan at 375 for approximately 20 min or until golden and slightly firm optional glaze Pulp free orange juice confectionery sugar mix to desired consistence and spoon over warm scones. Handmade brownies from scratch 1 bag Hershey’s special dark chips (14oz) 1 stick unsalted butter (4oz) Melt together Add: 1 c sugar 4 whole eggs 1 t vanilla extract or paste Mix until smooth Add : 1 1/2 c unbleached white flour . Mix until there is no visible flour . Bake 350 in a brownie pan lined with parchment or non-stick foil. Bake until top starts to crack. The time will depend on the size of the pan Bake as cookies - scoop by teaspoon and bake until cookie no longer looks wet. Cookie will be soft in the center and firmer on the edge. These are the easiest, tastiest clean cookies you will ever make. They are quite sweet but flourless and gluten free. There are very few ingredients so you can’t mess them up! You don’t even need a mixer! The best part is they are healthy and really kill that sugar craving . Chewy and delicious! 1 cup Almond Butter (unsweetened, no oil added ) 1 cup organic coconut sugar 1 whole egg 1/4c cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips 1/2 t orange extract or zest Mix by hand , roll into 1” balls and flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 5 min or until color changes and has small cracks. Cookie will be soft until it cools.
