A bit of aerial footage of the local church shot with GitUp Git2 and the Bayangtoys X21, plus a motorised gimbal. Not many people have seen this view of the church. (A few doves and gulls have.) Lost sight of the drone at one point (I was flying FPV at times.) I could hear the thing but not see it. Thankfully it has GPS return to home, I told it to come home and eventually saw it coming down to land! (Height was below regulation 500 feet.) Should churches be live streaming their Sunday services? Absolutely!! In this video, we will show you two affordable church streaming solutions. Plus some great tips to share your Live Streams to your local community. The entire staff of a house of worship works tirelessly each week for a few hours of one day, the day of service.  Take advantage of the opportunity to make the most out of your hard work. Live streaming your church services creates a window for the outside world to see what is happening at your church. Whether you are simply rebroadcasting a church service after the fact, or live streaming the event real-time, it's a great way to increase your churches exposure to the world.  Here is a tip that many churches are taking advantage of to help spread the good word about their service. Your target audience is likely local people & friends and family of dedicated current members. Take advantage of that, and geolocation! During services, encourage your members to check into your HOW on social media so family members and friends will be notified of your church, service, and stream. If you’re streaming they’ll then be able to tune in live! Finally, if you are looking for a simple live streaming setup for your church there is some good news! The hard part, which is actually the audio system, is usually already in place (at least for most of the churches we have met with). So if you already have a USB audio mixer in place, connect it to your computer as your audio input into the live streaming computer you have in place. You can use most modern Mac or PC computers to perform basic live streaming functions. The PTZOptics 20X-USB is a great choice for live streaming with your church again because it is simply plug and play with your Mac or PC computer.  Let us know if your house of worship live streams their services or if you think they should. Cheers! PTZOptics Live Streaming Camera Manufacturer focused on HD-SDI, USB 3.0, HDMI and IP streaming cameras. What exactly does biblical unity look like? Many of us pray for unity all the time as a church and we hold week of prayer for unity all the time. But what are we actually shooting for? Do we have to all believe the same exact thing? Or is unity deeper than that?

Exploring an ancient wolf pit on Church Island! Church Island (Kyrkön) in Järvsö has been home to the local church since medieval times, and on the tip of the island, there is an old wolf pit where they used to trap wolfs 200-300 years ago. Maybe even longer! My name is Andreas Fransson aka The Beard Bringer, and today I'm exploring the Church Island in Järvsö, Sweden. A nature reserve with beautiful forests, landmarks and a very old wolf pit. In the wolf pit they used to trap wolves who hunted too close to the community, and to get them out of the village, they trapped them in this pit. The pit used to be very steep and have wooden stakes pointing straight up to capture the wolves. I tell a story about the priest Petrus Petri Schissler, who in 1729 fell into the pit with two wolves, but managed to get out alive thanks to the congregation who heard him screaming for help. June 2014 I tested the Fire Alarms at my Grandparent's old church in Lapeer Michigan , it consisted of Edwards 270 SPO pull stations Edwards mechanical horn strobes two of them , one in the lobby and one in the lobby outside the kitchen room both horn strobes are hooked to separate pulls the one in the main lobby is hooked to two in the lobby/auditorium and the one in the lobby outside the kitchen room is hooked to a pull their , there's one in the kitchen and two in two of the class rooms. both systems are rigged up kind of like a light switch to when you pull one of the stations and flip the switch up and down it turns it on and off and this is a two wire system so there is no panel !

Testing Smooth Shots using my long board. Zhiyun Crane is a beast at making video smooth. I used a combo of standing still, walking, jogging, and riding my long board to get different shots. I was really impressed to see that there wasn't a huge difference between them. I just realized i forgot to include the drone footage i got. So i will probably make another version that will include them both. Like share comment subscribe. Love feedback and questions. It was a great experience working with the various people. Was a very low budget using only one camera (Canon C100). The script was written by our creative director at church and all actors were local from the church. The clothing was all hand made by a local church member. A group of friends found this cool skatepark in an old Roman Catholic church, called the Jozefkerk. In 2009 the local Skatepark in Arnhem, the Netherlands, burned down so the local skaters started looking for a new location which had to be at least 1000m2. After some research, they finally found this church which has been empty for the last 5 years. Blessed by the parish of St. Eusibeus they started building this unique skatepark. Now 4 years later the skatepark is well-known in the scene because of social media so some European riders/friends had the idea to visit the church with a smoke machine, cameras, cranes and extra lights. Check out their private session all under the eyes of god himself. Amen! Riders: Timmy v. Uploaded and posted with permission. Filmed, edited, produced and directed, by Ted Liedle. Production assistance provided by Eric Olson, George Cordreanu, Diane Dorogy, and of course the Rector, Fr. Theophan, whose typical response to my many requests was, 'whatever you need.' Grateful appreciation is extended to the following, listed in order of initial appearance: Susan Kehayes George Cordreanu Colin and Molly Croft Diane Dorogy John Hintermaier Mark Dorogy Jacob Hintermaier Fr. Theophan Michael Muth This has been one of the most interesting and fun projects I have done in over 40 years of production. I have grown to love these people. Prior to my experience with this Orthodox community I had some previous glimpses. I led a film team into Eastern Slovenia in 96 and we filmed a procession through a Balkan village to the local Orthodox church--very lovely and impressive. In 2011 I was embedded as press in Afghanistan where I met a US Army Reserve Chaplain setting up for an Orthodox service in a chapel at Bagram Airfield. I found him kind and articulate about Orthodoxy, and noted the lack of polemics in our discussion. My many conversations with Fr. Theophan at St. Innocent were also void of polemics, and very interesting. I filmed mostly using a Sony NEX VG20 large chip camera with an f 3.4-5.6 18-200mm lens. Slo-Mo of the censer was shot with a Panasonic Lumix FZ200 at 120 fps. The Lumix has an f 2.8 25-600mm lens. I used a CamCrane jib with remote Pan Tilt Vista Head for some shooting. Sticks for some. High Hat for some. No handheld. Natural light except for a few interviews. All interviews were extempore, no scripting. Grateful appreciation to the church members who assisted both with the production and as interviewees. Copyright 2013, Liedle Films, All Rights Reserved. L-096

MY VIDEO DIARY: Thursday 13 July 2017. Emma, my firstborn, brought me along to her church where there's a crafts club every Thursday. Because of my poor immune system, I tend to avoid group activities, but it was nice to go out for a fika with my girl. It doesn't happen all that often, ABOUT ME: I'm braver than you believe, stronger than I seem, and smarter than you think. On Sundays I vlog in Swedish. All other uploads are in English. I'm a fat, 50-something, queer, feminist spoonie grandmother learning to YouTube from the safety of my bed. Which is where I spend 95% of my time because of my illness. I started this channel for three reasons: to learn how to make videos and be myself on camera; to talk about things that are important to me: and to leave a visual legacy for my pack. WHERE TO FIND ME Instagram: @evalenastyf Facebook: Swedish Facebook: CAN YOU HELP? I started making videos, and talking to a camera, on 1 July 2017. Let me know what you think of my progress and tell me if there's anything you'd like to see me do or talk about in my videos. I will try to answer all questions. Join the conversation; call 1-877-763-3246, leave a comment below the video, or hit me up on Twitter (@PaulAlanClif) On today's Q & A, answers to church tech questions on Camera recommendation, lagging stream, and a live stream taking members Here are the latest questions: Prince Extasy on YouTube What video camera would you suggest for a beginner video production start up? budget is $1,500 and i want a camera, lights, umbrella and supporting tripods A. It depends. For stuff that’s heavily edited, look at a DSLR, since record times tend to be shorter, but the video looks better. If you’re ever shooting events or live streaming, look for something in the Vixia line. With lights added into the mix, it’s going to be hard to hit that budget, but not impossible. DBG MEDIA INC. on YouTube ..I don't know what could be wrong,I'm fairly good with computers, I would say more knowledgeable than the usual tech savvy, again I have tried everything for streaming on YouTube at 720 and 1080p,the only thing I Haven't tried is using my desktop which is a powerful gaming desktop,so far I have been. using my 👽 Laptop that also should be more than enough for streaming and editing since it is very powerful, atleast 3 times more than the requirements to... A. Check everything else if you have good connectivity. Even the software you use could be causing your problem. Pastor DeLoach via email Hello Paul, I've checked out a few of your you tube videos and have learned some things about cameras and the like. My question is what can a small ministry do to get exposure via video?  My plan is to put up my sermon clips "teasers"  with hopes to peak folks interest to come to our church or maybe get them to stop by our website to learn more about us and get the conversation going. We are not ready to do online streaming because it will take away from our membership at this present time or at least I think it will. I'm sure you know that their are a lot of churches today and although we are not in competition with anyone; we need to do something to build awareness about who we are and what we do and I'm not sure what effective ways we can do that via video. We have a website,Twitter,Facebook,Instagram and things of that nature but I'm more interested in folks seeing us and not reading some tweet or providing some quote of the day-everyone seems to being doing that. Whatever you can share would be appreciated. Pastor DeLoach A. First off, thanks for your questions. I don't agree that live streaming would take away from your church. Maybe people who are disinterested anyway would use it as an excuse to slowly move away from attending, but there are plenty of people for whom the opposite will happen. Have any parents of young children? Right now, they stay home with sick kids and have no way to interact with the message. Deployed soldiers? With a live stream, they can "go to church" with their families and discuss the sermon afterwards as if they were there in person. Older people who can't get to church? You might think that they don't know computers, but the Macintosh was introduced 32 years ago. Someone who started using computers for work back then at the age of 40 would be 72 now days and perhaps be VERY tech savvy. I like the idea of teasers on YouTube. They could direct people back to your website (which needs to be up to date because no one under 40 goes to a church without checking out their website first). Consider also adding in short topical pieces (which could also be from the sermon). See if there's someone in your church who can help with SEO (search engine optimization) for the titles so that people who have problems with their marriages, for example, can find clips which will help them (what a link at the end directing them to your website for more information). There are a ton of churches nearly everywhere in the US. So, why are some churches really thriving and others are dying? I think part of it is a lack of differentiation between most churches. In the 1800s, denominations were what made one different than an other. Today, fewer people care. Here's how my church did it. We're the church for people who don't like church. There are fewer people in this category, but in my area, there are even fewer churches for these people. We're good at evangelism, so having a church for these people is in line with kingdom purposes. Now, what makes your church unique? Who can you reach out to that are being underserved? How can you combine that with kingdom purposes? Now, make videos (even if it's just sermon clips) to target those people. Consider using Google, Twitter, and Facebook ads targeted to those people in your local area. You can do so very inexpensively. -- If you'd like to chip in a few bucks, anything you do is appreciated. Just click this link to donate:

So this is my first vid posted on Youtube and I will continue to do drum covers every once in a while. May not play as good, but i try my best. Been playing for almost 6 years now and this is the first drum set that I own. Got it in March 2012 and i fell in live ever since i began playing it. I learned to play drums at my church and every sunday and wednesday I got to practice the drums they had for about only 30 minutes. As of now i am the drummer of my local church and I love what i do because its my passion... Im looking forward to getting myself to zildjian cymbals to complete my drumset if there is any on craigslist or yard sale, i know i will have em' soon. :) God bless u all

The script was written by our creative director at church and all actors were local from the church. The clothing was all hand made by a local church member. An old friend, Lance O'Donnell, gave the sermon at my home church, Our Savior Lutheran Church in Lansing, MI, today. He's pastor at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in VanWert, Ohio and was guest preacher today to reflect about being a son of our church who decided to enter full-time ministry after working in the Michigan Legislature. In his sermon, I loved his transparency. The dude was very real and this made him more relevant to more people, I feel. Thanks to his congregation for sharing him and thanks to him and his family for making the trip to Lansing.

Check out this town and church here:,_Ontario This large church is located in Richmond Hill Ontario. A local told me that the founder died and passed it along to his daughter that decided not to finish it, so it sits vacant and unfinished. Cathedraltown (Census Tract Number 5350403.03; Population est. 3,000)[1] is a 200-acre town in the city of Markham, Ontario, Canada, located at Major Mackenzie Drive and Highway 404. The community gains its name Cathedraltown because it is landmarked by the abandoned Cathedral of the Transfiguration. The community is divided into two parts. The part east of Woodbine Avenue is centered on Hazelton Avenue. This part of the community existed first before the newer part west of Woodbine Avenue. The community west of Woodbine Avenue is the heart of the community as it is centred on the Cathedral. One of the main developers of the Cathedraltown neighbourhood is Monarch (a Taylor Woodrow subsidiary in Canada). They have built most of the homes in this neighbourhood, with the first and second phases already completed. The condominium complex (composed of towers and townhomes) located within this community also began in 2012.

U.S. tax law allows television preachers to get away with almost anything. We know this from personal experience. Our Lady of Perpetual Exemption will not be able to accept donations from Church supporters from the states of Mississippi, Nevada, Pennsylvania, or South Carolina. An autumn walk in the local church yard. We was filming for most of the day for some scenes in a feature movie and I thought I would put this video together to test out the widescreen effect along with Mojo plugin as a basic experiment for the best FILM look for my 2nd film. Whilst filming we caught footage of a guy doing martial arts. Used a Canon 600D and a Panasonic SDT 750 camera. Edited with Sony Vegas Pro 10 & Adobe Premiere CS5 with Mojo. Featuring: Natalie Graham & Joe Wheeler. Camera operators: Adam Smith & Joe Wheeler Music: Kevin Macleod 'Long Road Ahead'

In August 2010 I had the opportunity to grab my video camera and head down to Haiti. My friend Sarah Carlson had been there working with a local church to help get the supplies needed into the hands of those who needed them. One of those places is Camp Canaan. This video was used to raise awareness and support back home, since then they have built a school, a well, and a few other buildings. Check out for more details
